Want To Live Longer? Learn To Be Your Own Doctor Says Dr. Mark Davis. Sharon Kleyne Promotes Healthy Water Life Science Lifestyle.
GRANTS PASS, Ore., Aug. 13, 2018 -- Who doesn't want to live a longer, healthier life? According to Dr. Mark Davis, special guest on the internationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Water Life Science®/Nature's Pharma®, The Power of Water® & Your Health sponsored by Nature's Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio, scientists are making important breakthroughs in understanding and extending healthy human life. Yet, Kleyne and Dr. Davis know that these efforts and other much needed science research are imperiled by lack of education and funding.
Kleyne, also the creator of the Water Life Science® lifestyle, sees this situation as imminently life-threatening. In her opening remarks, Kleyne lamented the dangerous lack of water education in the world. Human life has to have water because human beings are water," says Kleyne. "Water sense and a Water Life Science® lifestyle should be taught to new birth parents before they leave the hospital with their newborns. You are the battery and the air, the atmosphere, is electrically charging you," adds Kleyne. Kleyne urges everyone to perform regular breathing exercises, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, eat a nutritious diet tailored to your personal body and needs, exercise moderately and learn to sleep with the planet earth."
Davis agrees, especially about the water and Water Life Science®. "Longevity relies on water," says Davis. "One can't live after three days without water." Davis, the author of several books including Practical Guide to Rapid Weight Loss and Final Directive, recalls how as a boy he practically lived in the library reading about and learning a variety of subjects. "The librarians were my best friends," he says. Today he also tutors doctors, laymen and young people in science and medicine and is available at the email given above.
Kleyne applauds this effort, noting that "young students in the U.S. lack enthusiasm for science". Davis sees that a big challenge involves communication. "We don't talk to each other anymore," says Davis. "We went to the shore recently to relax. We sat on a bench with four other people. They were all on their smart phones. None of us talked to one another." Kleyne laments the lack of civility in America and the world. "There is a lot of hate in America right now," Davis notes.
Returning to the topic of longevity, Davis links it to diet as well. "Imagine a man who is 5' 8" and 200 pounds," says Davis. "He consumes 1,600 calories a day. Cut out 200 to 300 calories and he will lose weight. He will be healthier and extend his life. Research shows," adds Davis, "that reducing caloric intake by 30 percent extends lives by 10-to-30 percent." However, Davis offers one caveat. "There are companies out there that claim to be able to predict your lifespan. Don't believe it. There are too many variables unique to each person to be able to make such predictions."
One more thing that Davis and Kleyne agree on is that everyone should in a sense become his or her own doctor. And drink lots of water! "Very few people die of overdrinking water," says Davis with a chuckle. And nobody dies from living a Water Life Science® lifestyle.
