Needing to analyze the high volume of product during production season meant sorting through data records for thousands of tons of tomatoes a day and monitoring the processing of hundred million pounds of tomato paste.

Too many inadequate reports and a great deal of manual data-searching equate to difficult and time-consuming efforts for visibility into day-to-day performances. With a 2-year shelf life for their paste, they use a first-in, first-out method to avoid product spoilage. Whether it is looking at inventory level by crop year, by customer, or by contract, all the data is centralized in SRK and delivers the right answers at their fingertips.
Los Gatos has transformed its analysis process with the robust analytical capabilities brought by SRK. Manual data manipulation is eliminated, business analysis is readily available, and interactive dashboards provide real-time visibility into their Sales, Inventory, and tomato bin data. Through automated analysis logic, future reports simply require new data to be uploaded into SRK.
