The NPD Group Reissues Most Recent Executive Summary
PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., July 8, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- According to The NPD Group's May 2019 U.S. Toys Executive Summary, MGA Entertainment's L.O.L. Surprise! grew 47 percent in May 2019 versus the previous year.
The NPD Group Toys Executive Summary is a monthly report that is sent to NPD clients who subscribe to NPD's U.S. Toys Retail Tracking Service. The report includes an industry overview and year-to-date trend.
On June 27, 2019, NPD issued an incorrect executive summary, stating that L.O.L. Surprise! declined 21 percent when, in fact, it increased 47 percent in May 2019 versus the previous year. The correct summary was reissued on June 28, 2019.
