This means that first responders in the area can receive a $500 bonus next time they buy or lease a new or used Hyundai vehicle from the dealership.
First responders that are eligible include police officers, sheriffs, correctional officers, state troopers, federal law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, 911 dispatchers, hospital employees and any healthcare professionals. To be eligible, first responders must choose a new or used Hyundai vehicle at Mathews Hyundai and must take delivery of the vehicle before January 4, 2021. Other requirements include proof of active service or employment as a first responder that was active at the commencement of the program on April 1, 2020 and proof of sufficient salary to cover vehicle payments and living expenses.
Eligible vehicles include any new or used Hyundai model. New Hyundai models at Mathews Hyundai include the Hyundai Accent, Elantra, Elantra GT, Ioniq Hybrid, Kona, Palisade, Santa Fe, Sonata, Tucson and Venue. Pre-owned Hyundai options at the dealership may vary. Ineligible vehicles include service car rentals and demo vehicles.
