McCoy Ranch to bring WRCA Ranch Rodeo and ProRodeo to Duncan this May
The event kicks off May 5 and will last through May 7 at the Stephens County Fair & Expo Center
DUNCAN, Okla., April 27, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The McCoy Pro Rodeo and WRCA Team Ranch Rodeo are back in Duncan this May. The weekend will be split into two separate events where guests will find an abundance of rodeo action in Duncan, the Heart of the Chisholm Trail, from May 5-7, 2022. All of the activities will be held at the Stephens County Fair & Expo Center.
The event will kick off with the WRCA Team Ranch Rodeo on May 5, 2022, at 5:00 PM. This event was named one of Oklahoma's Richest 10 Team Ranch Rodeos with a $25,000 payout. The day will feature ranch bronc riding, wild cow milking, sorting, branding, and stray gathering. The events will be judged by Jim Kingston and Royd Doyle. Selected teams to participate in the WRCA Ranch Rodeo include teams from across the region including Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, and Tennessee.
The following night and throughout the remainder of the weekend, May 6-7, the McCoy Duncan ProRodeo will be held at the Stephens County Fair & Expo Center. The rodeo will begin at 7:30 PM nightly with gates opening at 5:30 PM. Presented by the Chisholm Trail Casino, McCoy Ranch will present professional cowboys, cowgirls, and entertainers from across America for two exciting nights of exhilarating rodeo action.
