Mediaura has partnered with The Root to offer private offices in Jeffersonville
Phase one of the project includes adding nine additional private offices under The Root brand on the second floor of the Mediaura building. Future expansion plans include developing more private offices in addition to shared editing suites for video, podcasts, photography, and more.
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind., Jan. 9, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Root, a coworking space, opened in December of 2018 in downtown New Albany. The main location includes a mixture of shared workspace and private offices. To support an increasing demand for private offices, The Root has partnered with Mediaura to add a location in Jeffersonville.
In 2017 Mediaura acquired a 12,000 sq. ft. building downtown at 360 Springs St in Jeffersonville. This office serves as the main corporate headquarters for Mediaura, a digital marketing and advertising agency.
Phase one of the project includes adding nine additional private offices under The Root brand on the second floor of the Mediaura building. Future expansion plans include developing more private offices in addition to shared editing suites for video, podcasts, photography, and more.
The private offices will be professionally finished and include secure 24/7 access, ability to use the first-floor conference rooms at Mediaura, complementary Wi-Fi internet access, a business mailbox, a kitchen breakroom, attached parking lot, and more.
"Downtown Jeffersonville is not only a thriving community, but it is also very close to downtown Louisville. Some of our employees and contractors even ride their bikes to work from Louisville using the Big Four Walking Bridge," said Andrew Aebersold, Mediaura Founder/CEO
The partnership gives a unique advantage to tenants because Mediaura as an agency has the potential to generate work for creative professionals. Mediaura also has a rich history of supporting startups and can be an asset to young companies needing digital services.
"A crucial role of coworking spaces is to serve as a connector in the startup community. Opening a second location in a charming, revitalized downtown promotes collaboration, innovation, and creativity," said Brigid Morrissey, The Root CoFounder
The Root will be handling all leasing inquiries. The new space is scheduled to open as early as February 2020. A grand opening and ribbon cutting will be announced in the coming weeks.
