Miami Native Wesley Ulloa Leads MIAMI’s Young Professionals Network
MIAMI (PRWEB) February 06, 2019 -- The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) has elected Miami native Wesley Ulloa as its 2019 MIAMI Young Professionals Network President. She and her MIAMI YPN board were installed Feb. 1 at the 2019 MIAMI Inaugural & Awards Celebration.
MIAMI YPN is a dynamic group of young professionals dedicated to supporting the growth and professionalism of the South Florida real estate community. It’s a group that won the Young Professional Network of the Year from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in 2017 for its efforts in promoting professional collaboration through social and community involvement.
“I love that MIAMI YPN uses the hashtag: ‘Together we are better,’ because trying to take on this industry alone is a daunting task,” Ulloa said. “As MIAMI YPN president, our chapter will find more ways to collaborate as a cohesive group in 2019 and make our global market a better place one young Realtor at a time.”
MIAMI YPN started as a group of 15 young professionals in 2010 and has now blossomed to more than 1,300 members. The MIAMI YPN Leadership Board oversees three different chapters in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Ulloa is the broker at LUXE Properties in Coral Gables, a real estate firm she created in 2014.
Born and raised in Miami, Ulloa has more than 11 years of experience in South Florida real estate. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from Florida International University in Miami, Ulloa started her real estate career with Fortune International Realty.
In 2014, Ulloa started her own firm, LUXE Properties. Utilizing unique marketing strategies and a team-oriented environment, LUXE Properties has more to more than 190 agents in five years under the leadership of Ulloa.
MIAMI YPN plays a key role in MIAMI’s Changing Communities initiative, which has invested more than $175,000 in grant funds from NAR to improve South Florida’s communities. To view upcoming projects or to volunteer, visit: MiamiRealtors.com/volunteers
