Michael Spataro Joins Axsium Group as Vice President of Kronos Services
A move that enhances Axsium's continuing position as the market leader in Global Workforce Management Consulting
TORONTO, Sept. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Axsium Group, the world's leading workforce management consulting firm, is excited to announce that one of the foremost leaders in the WFM market has joined Axsium's leadership team. Best known for his more than 16-year tenure at Kronos Inc., Michael Spataro brings a wealth of experience to Axsium that will greatly benefit our clients today and for years to come.
During his time with Kronos, Michael held the position of Vice President of Retail & Hospitality Services, where he crafted and delivered WFM solutions to hundreds of the world's most complex retailers both in North America and around the world. Later, as Vice President of Kronos Workforce Dimensions, Michael played a key role in leading the internal and external effort to release the Kronos Workforce Dimensions Solution. In this capacity, he designed the methodology that Kronos uses during all its global Workforce Dimensions implementations. Combined with the 13 years he spent as Director of Store Technologies at Gap Inc., these experiences put Michael in select company; there are few people in the world who understand both what it's like to be an operational leader in retail and have the depth of workforce management expertise that Michael does.
Axsium has invested heavily in serving its Kronos customers better in the last two years, expanding our Kronos consulting services and integrating Opus (our proprietary work measurement platform) with Workforce Dimensions. Michael Spataro adds a new piece to this puzzle. A core focus of Michael's will be to help companies understand the dynamics of the changing workforce and how best to prepare for these changes in the short, medium, and long term.
