Micross Holdings announced that Christine Ortiz has been appointed VP of Human Resources. Micross is the leading global supplier of turnkey high-reliability microelectronic services and products for the defense, space, commercial aerospace, medical and severe-duty industrial applications.
ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 12, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Micross Holdings announced that Christine Ortiz has been appointed VP of Human Resources. Micross is the leading global supplier of turnkey high-reliability microelectronic services and products for the defense, space, commercial aerospace, medical and severe-duty industrial applications.
Christine brings over 28 years of experience to her leadership role at Micross Components. In her most recent role at Transdigm's Data Device Corp., Bohemia, NY, Christine was responsible for 5 operating locations in the US, Mexico and the UK as well as sales offices in the UK, France Germany, Japan and India. Christine managed all aspects of HR including payroll, compensation & benefits, 401K, recruitment and performance management systems. In addition, Christine has extensive experience in acquisition diligence and post close onboarding supporting 5 fully completed and integrated acquisitions at DDC.
In this role, Christine will work closely with management and provide leadership to all HR personnel as well as HR-related matters including responsibility for payroll, compensation & benefits, 401K, talent management and employee relations at all Micross locations. She will be working with the current HR teams at Micross Components, Micross UK and Micross Component Modification Services to create a seamless and fully capable integrated organizational capability. As Micross continues to drive organic growth and strategic acquisitions, she will provide diligence and integration support. Christine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management (BBA) from Dowling College.
