The new Class A office space consists of approximately 22,000 SF located in the greater Detroit area.

APL Logistics wanted to relocate to a new space in order to strategically customize a layout configuration to meet current and future capacity requirements. The Mohr Partners team also analyzed employee drive-time, labor rates, competitor and college/university proximity, when finding the new space.
Mohr Partners' Chris Leonard, Omar Carrillo and Carol Ann Salazar, collaborated with the company's Detroit office colleagues Mitchell Lipton and Diane Weisberg, to represent APL Logistics. The relocation process started on December 1.
