Monica Bivas Seeks to Help Women and Couples Reframe their IVF Experiences with 'The IVF Planner'
HUNTINGTON, N.Y. (PRWEB) January 07, 2019 -- Fertility coach, writer and founder of The IVF Journey Monica Bivas enters the publishing scene with the release of “The IVF Planner: A Personal Journal to Organize Your Journey through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) with Love and Positivity” (published by Balboa Press). Based on her personal journey, this health/diet/fitness book offers an inspirational journal to help women and couples better handle the process of IVF.
In vitro fertilization treatment is a complex process that can involve multiple medical teams and points of contact, and it is a significant financial investment. The cost for treatment includes numerous medications, appointments, daily tests and procedures.
“Predictably, IVF is the theme of endless books, websites, blog posts and articles,” the author puts. “I created this journal to help most women or couples organize the process, handle stress better, and bring focus and clarity to your personal IVF journey. This journal touches everything from the basics of the process, financing, to a support network and more.”
“The IVF Planner” is both an information guide and a journal for readers to write their own story. Through this book, Bivas aims to help women and couples reframe their IVF experiences, using positivity and mindfulness to help them affirm their choices and manifest successful outcomes.

About the Author
Monica Bivas is a fertility coach, writer and founder of The IVF Journey, an online support community for women and couples to find support, hope and connection with other individuals contemplating or experiencing in vitro fertilization. Having learned that she would be unable to conceive without medical intervention early in her marriage, she went through multiple IVF treatments. After experiencing several difficult cycles — including the stillbirth of her second daughter — she was determined to try again. This time, she decided to approach her treatment with mindfulness and positivity. Her last round of IVF was a success, resulting to the birth of her third daughter. Born in Colombia, Bivas now lives in New York with her husband and children. “The IVF Planner” is her first book with three more on the works.
