SVN Safe Haven Advisors was instrumental in facilitating the sale of the St. Augustine Marine Center on behalf of the Windward Marina Group.
The property is ideally situated near the St. Augustine Inlet, allowing easy and navigable deepwater access to the Atlantic Ocean, just four miles away via the Intracoastal Waterway. The facility, established in 1992, serves as a central hub for marine services in the area, with a longstanding reputation for excellence in customer service and quality craftsmanship.
