Ms. Isokawa joins Morrison & Foerster's Global Private Equity Investments & Buyouts Group and will also work closely with its market-leading Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group, while Mr. Kondracki joins the firm's premier Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group (ECVC).

Ms. Isokawa focuses her practice on M&A transactions and the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including strategic and leveraged acquisitions of public and private company targets, divestitures, venture and growth equity investments, and restructurings. Ms. Isokawa regularly represents clients in transactions covering a variety of industries, including technology, consumer products, and financial services.

Additionally, Mr. Kondracki regularly advises venture capital firms and other institutional investors on private company investments.
