NACD Northwest Names Two to Board
SEATTLE (PRWEB) July 25, 2018 -- The Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the advocate for the profession of directorship, today announced the election of Sheryl Manning, director, Legacy Health, and Robert Burger, director, Victory Energy Operations LLC.
“Sheryl and Robert are outstanding additions to the chapter board. Both are experienced board members and seasoned business executives who will contribute significantly to our mission of providing directors in the Northwest with quality educational and knowledge sharing events,” said Bob Carlile, NACD Northwest chairman.
Manning currently serves on the board of Legacy Health, where she chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Finance, Investment, and Strategic Collaborations Committees. She also serves on the board and chairs the Audit Committee of Allen Trust Company, and is a member of the Supervisory Committee of OnPoint Community Credit Union. Burger is currently on the Board of Directors for Victory Energy Operations LLC, where he is a member of the Audit Committee. He was former director of Ocean Power Technologies Inc. where he chaired both the Compensation and EHS and Risk Committees and was a member of both the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees.
