NEOGOV Acquires Discover eGov to Expand its Footprint in New York State
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (PRWEB) June 27, 2023 -- NEOGOV, a one-stop shop HR suite for the public sector, today announces the acquisition of Pittsford, NY-based Catalog and Commerce Solutions, LLC d/b/a’s Discover eGov Civil Service (HR) Web Portal, which will be added to NEOGOV’s portfolio of HR solutions for the public sector. This acquisition expands NEOGOV’s footprint and brings a wider range of HR tools to local government agencies in New York State.
Catalog and Commerce Solutions has provided cloud-based HR solutions, website design and development, and contract management services to cities and counties across New York State for the past 20 years. The company’s Discover eGov HR solution will join NEOGOV's service offering, and Catalog and Commerce Solutions will continue to offer website design and development and contract management to its clients under its current brand. NEOGOV will retain all current employees with this acquisition.
