Dowdy has a proven record spanning two decades of lending expertise and experience, from sales to operations. Beginning his career at Rapid Mortgage in 2010, Dowdy began his origination career with Caveh Azadeh as his Operations Manager, where he was responsible for training and overseeing the branch's expansive pipeline for the next few years.
When asked why he made the decision to return to his origination roots, he beams with pride and replies with "It's in my heart to help others. I enjoyed working on the Operations end, but I've always loved the relationship side of the business" said Dowdy, "I like to see people happy and help them reach their goals.
