Nat Ford Joins CREO, Inc., as Principal Consultant
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (PRWEB) July 24, 2018 -- Nat Ford, a veteran technology program manager whose previous employers include Accenture and Marriott International, has joined CREO, Inc., as principal consultant. Ford also will serve as senior process manager to lead corporate applications such as Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), BI, payroll, CRM and labor management technology initiatives for the company. CREO is a Research Triangle Park-based management consulting firm specializing in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology services industries.
Ford, a certified Project Management Professional, will help CREO’s clients maximize the value of their ERP by educating and aligning teams around a project roadmap, and then working side- by-side with team leaders to implement those projects successfully. He is proficient in multiple platforms, including SAP and PeopleSoft, and has managed integration with other systems designed to drive a firm’s profitability, such as Kronos, Salesforce, MS Power BI, SharePoint, and Nintex.
Mike Townley, CREO co-founder and managing partner, says Ford, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, brings the right combination of technical expertise and people skills to lead complex improvement processes. “It’s a big decision for a company to invest in a technology solution that is central to its day-to-day business operations,” Townley says. “It is typically a significant expense, so it’s important to make sure the implementation goes smoothly. Nat has the project management experience in bringing these systems online, and he is a great listener. He enjoys helping people master the technical skills and design the software systems to grow with the company,” Townley says.
Ford says companies face the challenge of keeping up with the ever-accelerating pace of information. “Businesses need data to make decisions, but their current IT systems may not provide them with accurate information in a timely manner. CREO can be a trusted advisor, bringing stakeholders together to decide what they need to know, then offering some options for technology solutions that solve the immediate problem, while being flexible enough to scale,” he says.
In addition to his technology leadership roles at Accenture and Marriott, Ford has worked for firms in the software development, crop science, power generation and manufacturing sectors. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A from the University of Tennessee.
