Netfin Volkswagen Showcases the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta's New Design
Volkswagen Jetta now available at Neftin Volkswagen's showroom, receives full redesign and new trim for the 2019 model year
THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., Oct. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta is now available at Neftin Volkswagen. Now in its seventh generation, the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta has been completely redesigned to include more interior features and cabin space. In addition to its completely revamped exterior styling, the 2019 Jetta is wider, taller and longer than last year's model.
All 2019 Jetta models are powered by a turbocharged 1.4-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 147 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. This engine received Environmental Protection Agency fuel economy ratings of 30 miles per gallon in city driving conditions, 40 miles per gallon on the highway with a combined efficiency score of 34 miles per gallon. The 2019 Jetta comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, but an eight-speed automatic transmission system is also available.
A new trim level, SEL Premium, has been introduced for the 2019 model year. The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta is offered in a total of five trims: S, SE, R-Line, SEL and SEL Premium. Standard features found in the 2019 Jetta S include a rearview camera, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration, USB connectivity, Bluetooth support, a sound system and a 6.5-inch touchscreen interface. Higher trim levels add features such as a sunroof, heated seating, digital gauge cluster, leather upholstery and a BeatsAudio sound system with eight speakers.
Two option packages are available for 2019 Jetta owners. The first is the Driver Assistance package, which bundles together driver aids such as blind-spot monitoring, a forward collision warning system, automatic emergency braking and rear cross-traffic alert. The Cold Weather package is available as well, and includes a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, remote engine starting, and heated windshield wipers.
