NewCo Plastics ("NewCo"), a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital ("White Wolf"), is pleased to announce the acquisition of PM Mold Company ("PM Mold").
MIAMI, Sept. 21, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- NewCo Plastics ("NewCo"), a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital ("White Wolf"), is pleased to announce the acquisition of PM Mold Company ("PM Mold").
Based in Schaumburg, Illinois, PM Mold is a highly regarded vertically integrated manufacturer of custom plastic injection molded parts and custom molds. For nearly sixty years, PM Mold has provided a comprehensive suite of manufacturing services from product design to final shipment for its customers, operating across industries such as automotive, electrical, aerospace & defense, agriculture, and consumer products. PM Mold is NewCo's second acquisition since its formation in July 2021.
