New Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant Opens in Fairfax, VA
FAIRFAX, Va. (PRWEB) May 03, 2023 -- A new authentic Vietnamese restaurant, has recently opened its doors in Eden Center, offering homestyle Vietnamese Phở that Head Chef Tony Le was raised on. With over 20 years of history serving in Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Las Vegas, Chef Tony Le is now serving the people of Virginia.
Pho Ga Vang uses traditional cooking methods and fresh ingredients to create authentic Vietnamese dishes that will transport diners straight to the streets of Hai Phong. Their signature Pho Ga, a chicken noodle soup, is made using a recipe that has been passed down through generations and perfected by Chef Tony Le and his mother.
"We are thrilled to be bringing our love for authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the people of Virginia," said Chef Tony Le. "Our goal is to provide our customers with a dining experience that is as authentic as possible and reminds them of the flavors and aromas of Vietnam."
Pho Ga Vang is located at 6767 Wilson Blvd., Falls Church, VA, 22044, and is open seven days a week from 10:00am to 9:00pm. Their cozy and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with friends and family.
The restaurant has already received rave reviews from customers who have tried their dishes. "I took the first sip of the broth and my brain tried to compute what's happening. I took another sip to make sure my tongue is not deceiving me. Nope, same taste. No need to put hoisin sauce. The broth is perfect in every way. Simply put, this is the BEST Pho Ga in DMV area," said one satisfied customer.
Another customer said, "I hope this place becomes a permanent contender here for years to come. Saying this place has potential is nothing close to the future I foresee for Pho Ga Vang. I ended up taking chicken pho and a whole chicken to go... it was still perfect. I can imagine how good it is for dine in. 100% recommend! You won't regret it."
Chef Tony Le's passion for cooking and his dedication to preserving his family's legacy is evident in every dish he serves. "My mom loves to cook and to me, she is the very best at it. I hope to continue her legacy and serve Chicken Pho the way she taught me, and to make every customer feel the warmth and love that comes from her cooking," he said.
