PERTH, Australia (PRWEB) September 25, 2018 -- Offering the reader her personal experience with working with parents, children and adolescents, author Lily Foyster shares tips on how to help children develop into well-rounded adults and lessons learned on navigating the challenges of parenthood in her new book, “From Me to You: The Joys of Parenting” (published by Balboa Press AU).
In the book, the author looks at how parenting has evolved over the years, how technology has changed society and posits that many social issues are due to poor parenting, resulting in entitled children, who can face a grim future. Foyster addresses essentials for a healthy childhood and shares some advice on preparing children for a bright future. In addition, she explores some of the challenges that many parents have to face during their parenting journey and offers solutions.
“This book is very relevant in today’s society as being a parent is an everyday fact of life to many who yearn for help with parenting their children and adolescents,” Foyster says, adding “I would like the readers to appreciate that self-care isn’t selfish, but necessary.”
