(Core), a trusted electronic health records vendor for the behavioral health and human services industry, announced that New Hope Treatment Centers, LLC (New Hope), a holistic residential care facility, has selected Core's Cx360 Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution.
New Hope, which provides comprehensive residential treatment to children and their families, executed a multi-year search for an EHR vendor that could accommodate its unique mix of programs and services designed to treat both non-disabled and intellectually and/or developmentally disabled populations. After vetting nine prospective EHR vendors on the criteria of reputation, company relationships, price, platform flexibility and product features, Core was selected for its ability to meet the needs of New Hope and its community.
