About the Author
Kate Connolly was born in Canberra, Australia, in 1979. She grew up with two brothers, Patrick and Ben, and her parents, Sue and Dan. Connolly did her early schooling in Canberra and completed a science degree at The Australian National University before moving around several different states in Australia, settling in Sydney to do her chiropractic degree at Macquarie University in 2001. After graduating in 2005, she moved to Glasgow, U.K., to start her career as a chiropractor, and upon returning to Australia in 2006, she continued to work in Victoria, ACT and NSW before again settling in Sydney. Kate worked in multiple practices and completed several extra courses, gaining skills in kinesiology, energy healing and completing a diploma in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. Connolly started her own natural health company, Natural Health Works in Manly and Terrey Hills in 2011, just before the birth of her second daughter. She continues to work in her clinic, run online Intuitive Heart Revolution meditation classes, write books, and develop online courses on intuition, spirituality, and self-development. Connolly currently lives in Sydney, Australia, with her fiancé, Lucas Duhamel, and their four children.
