Advanced 'Accreditation Next' Standing Furthers School's Proven Dedication to Excellence
SAN DIEGO, Dec. 3, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Northcentral University (NCU) is pleased to announce the School of Business has attained the Accreditation Next Plus level recognition through a collaboration of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and The Baldridge Alliance for Performance Excellence.
The School of Business recently garnered the first tier of Accreditation Next, a three-tier review of performance excellence for organizations on the road to becoming "role model" programs through the Baldridge Performance Excellence Framework, a globally recognized quality management system.
Along with enhancing the benefits of accreditation based on global principles for quality higher education and aligning with frameworks used by role model organizations, Baldridge recognition is an acknowledgment that the university's teaching processes align with the standards of excellence from similar organizations around the world.
In pursuing Accreditation Next Plus, one of the top goals of the School of Business was to model real-world business practices in the NCU community. Having achieved the Plus level, work is already under way to advance the School of Business to Platinum level recognition.
