Nrby Adds Cable Industry Veteran Ken Brazile to Direct Customer Solutions
Brazile brings a track record of success in architecting and implementing customer solutions
NASHUA, N.H., June 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Nrby, the only mobile workforce messaging platform powered by SmartPins, today announced the addition of Ken Brazile as its Director of Customer Solutions. Brazile brings nearly 20 years of cable and broadband industry experience specifically focused on architecting and implementing customer solutions. Prior to landing at Nrby, Brazile served as a Customer Solutions Architect for web video pioneer Espial and its Elevate (formerly ARRIS) customer solutions unit.
"Field services teams are a critical part of any operator's success in keeping their customers satisfied," said Brazile. "I am excited to join the Nrby team in empowering the mobile work force with tools that make them more efficient and safer from hazards in the field, while also tying jobs, locations, historical information, and photos together with the back office."
Prior to the acquisition of ARRIS by Espial, Brazile played a key role for ARRIS, serving as a Senior Systems Engineer, Product Manager and Solutions Architect within the company's On Demand and MOXI Whole Home solutions groups. In this role, he maintained responsibility for all of the Americas and Asian territories.
"Ken was highly recommended and his career accomplishments speak for themselves," said NRBY Founder and President Kurt Dobbins. "His track record of providing customer solutions that drive massive ROI, along with his ability to engage customers in innovative, high-value products are key assets. Ken is an integral component of NRBY's overall growth strategy going forward."
Broadband and cable service providers, such as WOW!, currently leverage the Nrby mobile messaging platform for a range of workforce related use cases, including plant and proactive maintenance, fixed asset management, temporary drops, and safety, with new uses regularly being discovered as they deploy Nrby in more innovative ways. And with no new equipment to buy or operate, it is a simple and cost-effective tool for service providers to deploy.
Brazile's career also includes roles in product management, network analysis and system engineering positions at former employers including the NCTC, Isilon Systems (EMC), Midstream, FORE Systems, and Pierce County Information Services. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.
