Monthly Events Combine Pilates, Healthy Cuisine & Paddleboard Yoga
IBIZA, Spain, July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- With summer season in full swing, the five-star OD Talamanca in Ibiza has introduced a new wellness activity that combines fitness and healthy cuisine. The highlight of this monthly event is Paddle Yoga, the latest trend taken up by celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston and Kate Hudson. Guests begin the day with Pilates at OD Sky Bar, which offers views of Dalt Vila beyond the Talamanca Bay. A wholesome breakfast buffet offers natural smoothies, fresh fruit, whole-meal toast, seeds, organic greens and a variety of other healthy recipes to provide sustenance for Paddle Yoga. Guests focus on balance, coordination, resilience and mindfulness during this yoga session, taking place on a paddle board in the pool. This event will be held on August 11 and September 8. The cost is $76 USD per person. Guests of OD Talamanca receive preferred rates. Reservations are required. In partnership with Ibizian wellness company Kinetiku, the hotel also offers regular yoga classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at the OD Sky Bar.
