Oak Street Health Continues Nationwide Expansion, Announces Entry into New York and Mississippi by End of 2020
The company plans to open two locations in Brooklyn, N.Y., and a new center in Jackson, Miss.
CHICAGO, June 23, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Oak Street Health, a network of primary care centers that delivers value-based care to adults on Medicare, today announced further plans for nationwide expansion in 2020 with the company's first centers in New York and Mississippi anticipated to open later this year. The company plans to open two locations in Brooklyn, N.Y., and a new center in Jackson, Miss.

Prior to the pandemic, Oak Street Health opened its first center in Tennessee and also announced plans to enter the state of Texas with centers anticipated to open in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area by early fall.
