OmniUpdate Achieves Record-Setting Growth for the 16th Consecutive Year
Technology firm reports increased new customer annual recurring revenue in 2018

OmniUpdate's new customer annual recurring revenue was 45% ahead of 2017 performance and net revenue retention was well over 100%.
In addition to 16 years of consecutive year-over-year growth, OmniUpdate won Stevie® Awards for the fifth consecutive year, taking home a Gold for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Public Services & Education category and a Bronze for Customer Service Training Team of the Year in the Technology Industries category. The company also won a Gold 2018 Customer Sales and Service World Award® for Customer Service or Contact Center Training Practice of the Year for its new hire and continuing employee training and a Silver for Customer Service Department of the Year.
