Onyx+East Breaks Ground On First Single-Family Home Community in Florida, Adds Housing Options to the Desirable Hillsborough County
TAMPA, Fla. (PRWEB) July 14, 2023 -- Onyx+East announced today it has broken ground on Vivir, an 82-home community of new single-family homes located in the popular Bloomingdale suburb of Brandon, Florida. The project represents approximately $35 million in investment and adds new housing options in the highly desirable Hillsborough County.
Located in Valrico at the corner of Bloomingdale Ave. and Hwy 640, the project will encompass a 13-acre site, just walking distance from Campo Family YMCA, Bloomingdale Regional Public Library and Bloomingdale High School. This area offers the appeal of a suburban neighborhood while also being a short commute from downtown Tampa and less than an hour from Tampa’s award-winning beaches, and walkable to excellent schools and amenities.

Upgrades include entertainment centers, gourmet kitchens and outdoor kitchens. The community will include an outdoor cookout and recreation area, outdoor hammock area, a dog park, a dedicated green space, and a tot lot with playground.
