Carla Pittman has been appointed to Chief Marketing Officer where she will spearhead the company's marketing efforts and prepare for next level growth. Mary Madden has joined the company as the new Marketing Communications Director where she will oversee content, branding and messaging efforts. Carla and Mary bring over a combined 25 years of marketing experience in the affirmative action consulting industry.

Before joining OutSolve, Carla was Senior Marketing Manager at Berkshire Associates overseeing the company's marketing function, managing a team of marketers, and leading brand development, communications, and product launches.
