Mr. Hirotoshi Ogawa, Director General, World Sushi Skills Institute, will explain how to handle fish, make traditional Japanese sushi and think about hygiene through sushi.
o Two Fish Foods – March 13 | 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

During the 15th annual Oyster Shucking Competition, contestants will pit against each other and the clock to shuck oysters as fast as they can.
