PaperIndex community members, according to Srivastava, now have the ability to securely exchange information with each other.
"We've changed the security of the site: be it password hashing, protection against cyber-attacks or encryption using SSL," Srivastava stressed. "the information members exchange with their trading partners is secure during its transmission on the Internet."
Srivastava also pointed out that members are now able to get more done on its faster, more user-friendly marketplace.
"In the world of instant gratification, no one wants to wait for a site to load in browsers," Srivastava noted. "We have made the site super-fast compared to the previous version and our development team is working to improve the site's speed further so members get more done and spend less time in doing so."
The redesigned marketplace is responsive and adapts to the screen size of the device it is opened on which means members can now access their PaperIndex account on mobile phones and tablets while on the move.
In addition, PaperIndex members have access to a new feature that allows them to receive multiple quotations within hours of submitting their RFQ.
"We now alert relevant suppliers on email as soon as buyers' RFQ are approved for listing which means buyers quickly receive quotations from suppliers from their country and around the world," Srivastava highlighted, before inviting buyers to "go, post your RFQ on our new site and receive quotations from suppliers around the world. Suppliers, according to Srivastava, can now smartly promote their company to attract their ideal customers.

"In addition, suppliers can show off their products to buyers in style to win new business leads. We have not only improved the presentation of product portfolio pages but also provided options to add complete information to each product listing such as prices, payment terms, payment options, sample terms and more.
