Paradigm Technology to Implement a Company-wide Data Governance Program for the Largest Mid-market Bank in the Southeast
Paradigm Technology, in partnership with Collibra, is implementing a Data Governance program in order for the Client to get ahead of future regulations.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Paradigm announced today that, in partnership with Collibra, they are implementing a bank-wide data governance program to control the Client's current and future data and data lineage.
What started as a small community bank, Paradigm's Client has now become the largest mid-market bank in the Southeast, operating for 115 years with over 250 offices spanning 10 states, with the goal of doubling its size in the next five years.
Paradigm will be working closely with strategic partner Collibra to set up necessary controls and launch an automated data governance program for the bank. Focused on getting ahead of future regulations, it was important they have a data governance tool and processes implemented by the end of 2018; Paradigm and Collibra stepped in to execute the bank's needs.
Paradigm's data governance solution consisted of a multi-phase implementation with limited rollout to data stewards (diversified data gurus) and an emphasis on functionality. Having met the 2018 deadline of initial implementation, Phase Two will focus on full data steward/citizen rollout and multiple automation workflows, providing the Client a complete data governance program.
