The café will feature childproofing throughout all public areas, caring staff trained in CPR, interactive games, and scheduled edutainment for both children and parents.
The café will serve a wide variety of natural, sustainably sourced foods and beverages, including salads made with seasonal vegetables and grains, fresh-baked pastries and sweets, an impressive selection of international teas and coffees, custom-crafted smoothies, and fresh-squeezed juices.
The kitchen pledges to use products without synthetic preservatives or dyes and with minimal sugars and sweeteners. Gluten-free and vegan products will be offered for customers with dietary restrictions.
While the restaurant concept is rather unique, its founders emphasize that they’re not trying to “reinvent the wheel.”
“We’ve spent over two years analyzing the U.S. food and beverage market and we believe that our concept is a timely response to a very real need of city parents,” says Mr. Pulauskas.
After developing many successful food establishments in Europe, the founders of “Domus Tea” are ready to enter the American market. They have gathered a team of experts whose skills range from business development, international banking, to legal matters and marketing.
