Pathbuilders® Launches 34th Achieva® Class
Launched in a new hybrid format, Pathbuilders reaches across geographies with it's 34th Achieva program - including more than 80 high-performing female leaders from 33 organizations, across 21 states, Canada and the UK. Achieva is Pathbuilders' flagship mentoring program that prepares high-potential, mid-career women for senior-executive leadership. Pathbuilders' mission is to move women forward at all stages of their careers.
ATLANTA, June 18, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On May 20, Pathbuilders celebrated the launch of the 34th class of Achieva, its flagship mentoring program that prepares high-potential, mid-career women for senior-executive leadership. More than 80 high-performing female leaders from 33 organizations of all sizes and industries, across 21 states, Canada and the UK gathered online to learn how to take advantage of this professional mentoring program and to meet other program participants, including their executive-level mentors. This kick-off marked the beginning of each mentee-mentor partnership's commitment to the year-long mentoring and leadership development experience.
Pathbuilders has a rich history of working with businesswomen in Atlanta and beyond. Since 1995, nearly 6,000 women from hundreds of organizations have participated in one of Pathbuilders' truly unique cross-company experiences.

Pathbuilders interviews and matches each mentee with an executive-level mentor who is uniquely positioned to help her grow professionally. Having personally engaged with each participant, Pathbuilders then creates a highly customized year-long workshop curriculum to meet the women's core development needs. Pathbuilders also matches the mentees into peer networks with women in similar career and life stages. These networks serve as personal boards of directors, offering fresh perspectives, insights, and support.
Greeting the incoming class, one of our esteemed 2020 alumnae shared, "Throughout my career, I have participated in numerous other business programs from respectable universities. The core elements of the Achieva program – one-on-one mentoring with a senior executive-level mentor, interactive educational workshops, and peer networking – are a proven method of packing years of knowledge and experience into each mentee's hours and positioning her to contribute to her organization at a higher level.
The incoming class could sense the depth of the experience ahead of them. One mentee shared, "This was an incredible session, and I am really looking forward to this next year of enlightenment, relationship building, and growth." Originally apprehensive about the hybrid nature of the program, another mentee applauded the Pathbuilders team for "creating great energy and engagement across a large group in a virtual setting."
The 2023 Class of Achieva will be delivered in a hybrid format. Most of the tailored curriculum will be delivered via Zoom throughout the year. The cohort will come together in Atlanta for two in-person summit days, packed with keynote speakers, executive panels, and invaluable networking.
