Reading brings a wealth of experience building teams and creating business value in a variety of strategic roles including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Corporate Development and Executive Management. Before joining Perceptive Automata, Reading spent five years as Chairman and CEO for Pica9, Inc. leading the Company's transition from a services business to a SaaS platform and recurring revenue offering. Prior to Pica9, Bruce was President and CEO at VoltDB for six years, leading the Company from their initial product offering to over $10M in recurring revenue. Prior to VoltDB, Bruce was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Compuware Corporation (formerly NASDAQ:CPWR). Bruce spent six years as President, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Gomez, Inc., during which time his leadership helped propel the organization through five consecutive years of a CAGR in excess of 50%, resulting in its acquisition by Compuware Corporation in 2009. Bruce's strong track record of results is driven by his ability to build and develop great teams and has resulted in returning significant returns to investors.

With a Ph.D. in Controls from University of California, Berkeley Drew is adding a new level of depth and industry perspective to Perceptive's board.
