The Farmhouse is the second idea house unveiled this year by the publication and seventh overall. Designed by Jamieson Architects and built by The Greyrock Companies, the 3,700-square-foot home brings a new meaning to the modern farmhouse. The home features numerous luxury amenities both indoors and out, creating a contemporary space that is ideal for entertaining. The unique outdoor living area features a kitchen, plunge pool, fire pit and putting green. Phantom's motorized retractable screens enclose the patio enabling year-round comfort, temperature control and functionality.
