Follow the byway to Drift In Bait & Tackle, located at 10166 Highway 1 in Mooringsport, to enjoy crawfish while overlooking Caddo Lake. Drift In Bait & Tackle offers an assortment of foods, including crawfish by the pound, family boils with all the trimmings, breakfast, sandwiches, and burgers.

Drift In Bait & Tackle is open from 6 a.m. – 3 p.m., Wednesday - Sunday. Crawfish is available on Friday and Saturday.
Pull into the Boom or Bust Byway's best kept secret, Café 180 To Go, located at 308 South Pine Street in Vivian. This café offers more than 10 crawfish dishes for every crawfish lover that doesn't want to pinch, twist and peel. The crawfish menu items include pies, salads, corn bread, etouffee, eggrolls, po'boys, fettucine, and more.

Café 180 to Go is open from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Caddo Outdoors Bait and Tackle, located at 118 Ferry Lake Road in Oil City, is the hub of downhome eats. On weekends, visitors can order easy-to-peel crawfish by the pound or platter with competitive pricing. Crawfish platters include three pounds of boiled crawfish, two potatoes, one corn, and sausage.
Caddo Outdoors Bait and Tackle is open from 5:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Wednesday; 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday and Friday; and 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Crawfish is available on Friday and Saturday.
Outlaw BBQ is a food truck that schedules stops along the Texas/Louisiana border, including Vivian. After a recent brick and mortar loss due to fire, the community continues to support Outlaw BBQ's food truck business by indulging in their quick-serve meats and eats. Although known for their ribs, baked potatoes and fried fish, this food truck boils hundreds of pounds of crawfish during the season and has become a local favorite.
