Pioneering Italian Wine Importer Empson USA Announces New Chief Executive Officer
NEW YORK (PRWEB) April 02, 2019 -- Empson & Co., a leading exporter of fine Italian wines, announced today that Tara Empson has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Empson USA and Empson Canada, effective April 1, 2019, following her appointment to CEO of Empson & Co last September. In this capacity, Tara will manage all operations of the importer company and its subsidiaries, Empson USA and Empson Canada.
Tara Empson has long been integrated into the family’s dynamic wine export and import businesses. In 2006, Tara began her career at Empson & Co., taking on numerous managerial responsibilities for the Caribbean, New Zealand, Bermuda and U.S. markets. In September 2018, Tara succeeded Neil Empson and was appointed CEO of the exporter company, Empson & Co.
