Premium Service Brands Expands Leadership Team with Three New Franchise Development Hires
The multi-brand franchisor is continuing to bring seasoned professionals onto the franchise development team to promote growth as the home services segment booms during the pandemic.
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Oct. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Premium Service Brands, the leader in home services franchising and parent company of 360° Painting, Maid Right, Renew Crew, Kitchen Wise, Handyman Pro and ProLift Garage Doors, is expanding its franchise development team with the addition of Kelly Trim, Vice President of Franchise Development for Maid Right, Terrance Roberts, Vice President of Franchise Development for ProLift Garage Doors and Luke Schulte, Vice President of Franchise Development for Premium Service Brands.
Schulte came to Premium Service Brands last year with over a decade of experience in franchise development, including roles with several home service brands. After joining Premium Service Brands in 2019 as the vice president of franchise development for ProLift Garage Doors, he is now taking on the role of vice president of franchise development for Premium Service Brands.
"In this new role, I oversee the franchise development for all of the brands under the Premium Service Brands umbrella and am responsible for the overarching direction of the company," said Schulte. "My role also includes making sure we are building and fostering relationships with all prospective leads, as well as facilitating the closing process. With the experiences that I had in the home services segment, I quickly recognized that PSB offered a very unique opportunity for candidates. PSB franchisees can take advantage of a robust, multi-brand parent company and potentially invest in several businesses in order to utilize the expertise of other teams, consolidate customer acquisition and increase profitability."
Roberts is another new hire who will be taking over development for ProLift Garage Doors. After over ten years in the nonprofit world, Roberts joined Premium Service Brands in 2017 as a franchise development manager and saw great success. Eventually, he transitioned back to the nonprofit world with another company before Premium Service Brands reached out and asked him to return as the vice president of franchise development for ProLift Garage Doors earlier this month.
"The ProLift Garage Doors brand has been taking off recently, and my role is going to be working with franchise consultants and the marketing department to bring qualified entrepreneurs to the system," said Roberts. "The ProLift team has been working hard to optimize our business model and allow prospects to really focus on scaling their businesses. It is all about having balanced relationships — we want the franchise owner, the staff and the customer to be happy. When those three things come together, we are happy."
Trim, another new hire joining the PSB team as the vice president of franchise development for Maid Right, spent her career in and around small businesses, as an employee, consultant and business owner. In 2014 she joined a local franchise consulting team in Atlanta and fell in love with the franchising industry. While she was exposed to hundreds of franchise brands across dozens of industries, Premium Service Brands stood out. When the pandemic hit and so many small businesses were shut down, she reached out to Premium Service Brands, and, earlier this summer, joined the team as the vice president of franchise development for Maid Right.
"I deeply appreciate the unique challenges and rewards of business ownership," said Trim. "Starting your own business from scratch is a difficult, time-consuming and risky undertaking, especially now. Investing in a franchise opportunity, such as Maid Right, eliminates many of those challenges. The cleaning industry nationwide is experiencing explosive growth as people continue to spend more time in their homes, and Maid Right offers a high-demand, essential, flexible, recurring revenue business with plenty of prime open territory. We've spent several months building the Maid Right team both from the development side and in our operations support. My role is to ensure that our experienced team works seamlessly together to support our existing franchisees and to recruit growth-minded new owners. We are dedicated full-time to recruiting, training, launching and supporting franchisees."
With these new franchise development leaders, Premium Service Brands is ready to continue its expansion across the U.S. and Canada. "Premium Service Brands continues to grow, especially amid a surge in demand for home services due to the COVID-19 pandemic," said CEO Paul Flick. "We want to maintain the steady performance we've held throughout the year and apply it to the future to continue growth and create something that is revolutionary in the franchising space. Hiring these seasoned leaders will help support that growth as we continue to find qualified prospects to join the Premium Service Brands family."
