Professional Enrollment Concepts Expands It's San Antonio, Texas Offices to Offer a Better Benefits Solution to a Growing Market

HOUSTON, Aug. 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Professional Enrollment Concepts (PEC) announced today the expansion and relocation of their San Antonio offices to accommodate growing Account Administration and Call Center needs. With this expansion, the company will double their San Antonio call center seat capacity as well as make room for a second print production center.

In coordination with the expansion, PEC also announces the promotion of Cynthia Cervantes to Account Executive. Cynthia's extensive background in the group insurance business makes her ideally suited to maintain and manage PEC's growing footprint in the market. Since obtaining her insurance license over twelve years ago, she has managed and supported hundreds of clients including many national organizations. The new larger call center operation will be managed by Matthew Hill. Matt joined PEC in July of 2018 after attending Tarleton State University where he graduated with cum laude honors while obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication.
