Prophix Earns 2020 Tech Cares Award by TrustRadius
Prophix Software recognized for exceptional support and care for its customers, employees and communities during the global pandemic
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Sept. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Prophix Software, a global leader in mid-market Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, today announced they have been recognized by TrustRadius with a 2020 Tech Cares Award. This award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide their communities, clients, and employees with support during the COVID-19 crisis.

Since the pandemic began, Prophix has worked with its customers to understand how they have been impacted and ensure they have the support they need to keep business moving forward. This included both financial assistance on a case-by-case basis, and technical support and guidance for scenario planning and forecasting to adapt and thrive in the new business landscape. Extending a similar ethos with its employees, Prophix quickly shifted to a remote work model at the onset of COVID-19, and issued a Pulse Survey to gauge employees' sentiment and concerns. Based on those results, Prophix developed a number of programs and resources to promote well-being, including regular online Yoga and Meditation classes along with educational assistance for employees with children. Prophix has also continued its strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility donating $43,000 this year to support social injustice causes and the Nanny Alliance Network.

All nominations were thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team. In addition to nominations, the Tech Cares Award was also given on the basis of reviewer feedback on TrustRadius. Organizations whose reviews clearly illustrated how much they care during this crisis have also been recognized.
