The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati notes that Mary Huttlinger was selected due to the strength of her over 25 years of experience working on community outreach and grassroots initiatives in over 20 states. Mary Huttlinger previously worked as a federal and state lobbyist, a business owner, a Congressional Chief of Staff, and a consultant to non-profits, where her passion for helping people and organizations find their voice and increase their impact has shaped her reputation across diverse industries.
Mary Huttlinger's deep understanding of southern Ohio began over two decades ago when she served as a legislative assistant for then Congressman Ted Strickland, who was later elected as the Governor of Ohio. Her extensive government experience at the federal, state, and local levels will prove instrumental in her role as Director of Government Affairs. Mary's lifelong commitment to service is evident in her dedication to helping people understand the scope of local, state, and federal government which will help the Advocacy & Government Affairs team as they work to fulfill the vision of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.

Mary Huttlinger is a Cincinnati-based government and nonprofit professional with over two decades of experience working on community outreach and grassroots initiatives. Mary received her BA in Business from Northern Arizona University and her MBA from George Washington University. Currently, she serves as a volunteer advisor for the Townson University and University of Maryland chapters of Tri Delta sorority. As an Alabama native, Mary is an avid Crimson Tide football fan and enjoys activities such as scuba diving, training with her Siberian husky, and hiking in her spare time.
