Concord, MA (PRWEB) June 27, 2023 -- Radial Analytics, a leading provider of decision support software for transitions of care, has entered into a deployment agreement with Mass General Brigham, starting with an implementation at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Under this agreement, Radial Analytics has deployed their cloud-based Smart Placement platform for patients aligned to the Mass General Brigham Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO), a population of over 120,000 Medicare beneficiaries. The real-time decision support solution delivers insights to care management teams starting on day one of a patient’s hospitalization.
Additionally, users benefit from Radial Analytics’ real-time monitoring capabilities, enabling the health system to dynamically evaluate key metrics such as patient outcomes, care transition efficiency, and utilization of resources.
“We are honored to announce our business relationship with Mass General Brigham and commit to supporting their mission to make life-changing impacts for patients,” said Thaddeus Fulford-Jones, CEO of Radial Analytics. “Our innovative solutions are aligned with Mass General Brigham in that we aim to improve the patient experience, improve the health of populations, and reduce the per capita cost of healthcare.”
