NEW YORK, April 10, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Camille Renshaw, Chief Executive Officer of B+E, is a 2019 Influencer in Net Lease Real Estate, as named by Real Estate Forum.
The recognition spotlights those who have made an indelible impact through their contributions to the industry, the successes they've accumulated and/or the innovations they've introduced.
Launched by Renshaw and her cofounder Scott Scurich in December 2017, B+E is a modern investment brokerage firm, specializing in net lease real estate and 1031 exchange. With offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Tampa, B+E boasts the first NNN trading platform consisting of user-friendly dashboards, real-time predictive pricing and an AI-driven exchange -- all leveraging the largest data set in the NNN industry. Buyers and sellers can conduct entire transactions online, reviewing real-time credit, news and tenant data while they trade, much like online stock trading platforms. Complementing senior talent with exceptional technology, B+E's proprietary process affords greater speed, unrivaled transaction efficiencies and stronger asset value.
In May 2018, B+E launched 1031 Trade, the first trading platform for completing 1031 exchanges. Coupled with this product launch, B+E announced an exclusive partnership with Inland Real Estate and RCX Capital Group. Leveraging AI, B+E brokers can now sweep the national net lease market, review all on-market NNN properties, and criteria match on a 1031 exchanger's behalf; the exchanger can then run their entire exchange through the B+E platform using specialized dashboards that make the process simpler and more transparent.
Prior to B+E, Renshaw was Head of Sales for Ten-X (a Google Capital company), a leading online marketplace for commercial real estate with products such as Auction.com. Prior to Ten-X, she founded the Stan Johnson Company's New York office where she led their sales team as its top producer for five years. Before this, she was Director of the US Capital Markets division of Colliers International and a Top 40 Worldwide Producer. Renshaw originally entered commercial real estate as an owner, after founding Dyzco Technologies and successfully selling it to American Financial Services Corp, Inc.
