Rebuilding Sarasota - Newly Completed Construction Projects in Sarasota
SARASOTA, Fla. (PRWEB) November 08, 2018 -- Palmetto Construction Services is continuing to build new relationships in the Sarasota/Bradenton community with the recently completed interior renovations for several local organizations.
Two of the renovations occurred in the newly constructed downtown Sabal Palms office building. Wealth management advisors, Udell Associates, recently relocated their corporate headquarters to the new building and had Palmetto buildout out their space on the top floor overlooking Ringling Boulevard. Building owner RED Management, had Palmetto build out the lobby and corridors on the top floor to showcase Udell’s new corporate space.

New College of Florida also engaged Palmetto to construct their new Coffee Bar and library upgrades at the Jane Bancroft Cook Library on the university campus. This was the third project Palmetto delivered for the University and allows the students to enjoy Starbuck’s coffee without having to leave the premises as they work toward their future.
The fourth project was located just up US 41 in Bradenton. When Florida Digestive Suncoast GI Associates decided to take advantage of the breathtaking views of the Manatee River from the top floor of Plaza del Rio, they called upon Palmetto to deliver their space. The buildout included new medical grade wiring and exam rooms, upgraded finishes, as well as an enhanced entry and lobby upgrades deserving of a class A environment. Palmetto has executed six contracts in Plaza del Rio and this knowledge of the building led to a very successful transition for the medical practice.
