RedMane Technology Wins Contract to Maintain, Enhance, and Support Key Missouri Medicaid System
CHICAGO (PRWEB) December 05, 2018 -- RedMane Technology LLC, a Chicago-based software solutions and systems integration firm, was awarded a contract to provide application, maintenance and technology services for Missouri’s Medicaid Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System (MEDES).
The MEDES solution supports over 800,000 Missourians receiving Medicaid and processes more than 10,000 Medicaid applications per month.
RedMane will provide development, integration, testing, system architecture, database administration, and deployment services as part of this contract. The company will work closely with Missouri’s Department of Social Services to keep MEDES available, properly functioning, and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
RedMane will bring to bear a proven set of maintenance and operations approaches, practices, and processes that the company has developed and refined over time to facilitate the highest levels of system performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
