"They were our very first sales team leaders and have both grown teams in excess of 20 people over the past three and a half years," said Chad Eichelberger, president. "They maintain two of the larger books at the agency, and their combined teams are responsible for $75 million in total premium."
Hammonds was one of the first sales team members after Andrew Ladebauche, CEO, started the agency. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and joined Reliance after 10 years operating an asset-based trucking company.
Coleman began his career with the company in 2013, after 15 years in the insurance industry. He earned a B.S. in Animal Science and Economics from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Both he and Hammonds add more than 40 years of collective experience to Reliance's transportation and logistics division.
