Resolve Systems Names John Ferron as Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ferron is a seasoned, operational executive with a proved track record of building and growing successful business with a primary emphasis in software infrastructure, private equity backed companies. Mr. Ferron most recently served as an operating advisor to Clearlake Capital Group since its inception in 2006. During this time, Mr. Ferron served as the executive chairman of Ivanti, a $600M software company, which provided security, service management, asset management and endpoint management solutions. Prior to Ivanti, Mr. Ferron was CEO and President of HEAT Software, NetMotion Software and Purple Communications.
