Retail Industry Operational SME, Monica Bellino To Take COO Appointment at nGenue

Ms. Bellino will be overseeing product strategy for the firm and brings a wealth of knowledge to the nGenue flagship product, nTrack Pro. Monica has an excellent reputation for helping retail teams succeed in an increasingly complex landscape and she will look to continue that reputation working with nGenue.
Ms. Bellino previously worked at Direct Energy where she filled a number of managerial roles in communications and regulatory departments. During this tenure she gained her lean six sigma black belt and was able to use those project tools to increase efficiency and improve margins. Most recently, she was the chief of operations at Sperian Energy where she spear-headed a modernization of IT and operations infrastructure designed to enhance the customer experience and decrease operational overhead of that firm's retail business. In both these roles she built excellent business relationships by working closely with her leadership counterparts to understand their needs and how to make meaningful changes without unnecessary disruptions. Monica was drawn to nGenue because of nTrack Pro's functionality which brings a production tested model of front-to-back capabilities, inclusive of an impressive reporting suite built up over the past 20 years.
